Our History
C.C. LEE & ASSOCIATES (AF0805) was established in 1990 and the founder Mr Lee Chee Chuan is a qualified accountant holding practicing certificate as required under the Accountants Act 1967, holding and valid auditing and taxation license granted by Ministry of Finance Malaysia. He is registered with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants as Chartered Accountant. He is an associate member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom as well as an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation Malaysia. Since the establishment of the firm, it has expanded significantly, with clients including Malaysian subsidiary or associated companies of foreign corporations and vice versa.
Ms Amy Soh joined C.C. Lee & Associates (AF0805) in 1993 and was admitted as partner in 2001. She is an approved licensed auditor and tax agent with more than 27 years of experience in auditing, taxation and management consultancy. She is also a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom.
Mr Lee Chuan Han is an approved auditor and partner of the firm. He has been in the audit industry since 2011. Throughout his career, he has been involved in the audit of varying industries including but not limited to manufacturing, property development, construction and retail. He is currently a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, CPA Australia and a fellowship of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Computerisation of auditing and taxation work have been fully implemented in order to keep pace with the latest technology development to serve our clients more efficiently and effectively.
